Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor Training

Coming July 2017!!!

Ayurveda means "truth of life" and is an ancient health science that has been employed for thousands of years to help treat disease and maintain health of body and mind. It is considered yoga's "sister science." The science and wisdom of ayurveda help us to know what to eat, how to eat, and when to eat. Additionally, it teaches us to honor our inherent cyclical nature, adapting our diet and practices to changing seasons, changes in location, and changes in life, to name a few. This Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor (ALC) training, brought to you by Om Yoga Journey's Arpita Shah, is an in-depth study and practice in ayurvedic science and client consultations. Arpita is a sought-after Ayurvedic Practitioner and direct student of Dr. Vasant Lad (world-renowned author, Ayurvedic Physician, and Director of the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM).
