What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese hands-on healing technique that reduces stress and promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Ki, Chi, Prana or life force energy is the energy that animates all living beings. When the life energy is powerful and flows freely through the body, we are in a state of health. But when the flow of life energy is disrupted or blocked for different reasons such as negative thoughts or stress, we are more prone to get ill.
