Pure Living Ayurveda Session

Join us for this hour-long demo and intro to a way of living that has promoted pure health for thousands of years. Ayurveda is considered yoga's sister science, and it is based on using the wisdom of Nature's cycles and the foods that you use on your skin and put in your body to establish balance (and balanced body equates to optimal health). In this session you will get a brief background on ayurveda, be introduced to ayurvedic oils and practices that promote optimal health, and sample foods and tastes based on ayurvedic science.
