Introduce yourself to yoga in a safe, judgment-free environment. This three-hour workshop will help you build the confidence to select and attend the right yoga class for you. Learn yoga etiquette, common postures, how to use props to support yourself, and breathing techniques to help you relax. This workshop is ideal for someone who has not yet attended a group yoga class or has attended a few and would like to take some special time to understand the foundations of a healthy and happy yoga practice.
