How to Meditate

Most of us know the benefits of meditation (decreasing stress levels, decreasing blood pressure, calm state of mind, feelings of peace), but so many of us have a hard time actually doing meditation. Perhaps you feel you don't know how to do it, or you don't know if you are doing it correctly. In this workshop you will learn the effects of meditation on mind and body, different styles of meditation, and a variety of meditation methodologies that will allow you to find one that works for you.
